EU/쉥겐 국가별 국경/자가격리 정보 -1 (프랑스/독일/스위스/이탈리아/네덜란드/스페인)
시기가 시기이다 보니 EU나 쉥겐 내에서도 문을 닫는 경우나 자가격리가 의무인 경우들이 있고 프랑스의 경우 하루 확진자 만 명에 이르러서 주변국에서 자가격리 의무를 요구하는 경우가 늘고 있다. 국가별로 실시간 또는 몇 주 간격을 두고 계속 변하기 때문에 인터넷에 검색해보는 것도 한계가 있고 쉥겐 비자 인포에 가도 그 정보들이 실시간으로 업데이트되는 것이 아니라 위험해 보인다.
Re-open EU(reopen.europa.eu/en)라는 사이트에서 국가별 정보를 정리해놓았으나 종종 영어가 아닌 자국어 사이트로 연결되는 등 불편한 점들이 있어서 개인적으로 영어 사이트 중심으로 정리해보려 한다.
그리고 코로나 이전 시대를 생각하고 쉥겐 내 국경에서 검사가 없을 것이라고 생각하면 안 된다!!! 기차, 배, 비행기의 경우 대부분 검사를 진행하고 있고 자가용으로 국경을 넘을 때에도 랜덤으로 검사를 하기도 하니 꼭 국경 정보를 확인해야 한다.
프랑스
EU국, 노르웨이, 스위스, 아이스랜드 등 리스트에 포함된 국가에서 프랑스로 여행을 오는 것에는 제한이 없다.
다만, 프랑스 국외 영토 여행 시에는 음성 확인서가 필요한 것으로 보인다. 그 외 자가격리 방법이나 기간 등이 명확히 적힌 페이지를 아직 찾지 못했다(어휴...)

독일
위험국가(지역)에서 입국 시 14일 자가격리가 의무이며 공항/항만에서 코로나 검사(무료)를 받아야 한다. 양성일 경우 14일 자가격리 유지, 음성이 나오면 해지된다고 한다. 위험국가 리스트는 2~7일 주기로 빠르게 업데이트되고 있다.
한국의 경우 위험국 리스트에서는 제외되었지만 상호주의에 입각해 무비자 입국이 어려운 상황이다.

위험국가(지역)에서 입국 시 자가격리 10일 의무이며, 코로나 검사에서 음성이 나와도 10일 자가격리는 해제되지 않는다. 위험 국가 리스트는 대략 7~15일 주기로 업데이트되고 있다.

이탈리아
현재 이탈리아는 국가를 6가지의 경우로 분류해놓았다. 분류에 따라서 self-declaration, 코로나 음성 확인, 코로나 검사, 14일 자가격리 등의 제한 사항이 있다. 대략 확인해보니, 산 마리노와 바티칸시티를 제외한 국가에서 입국하는 경우에는 self-declaration를 지참해야 한다.

이탈리아는 정보 검색이 용이하게끔 간단한 설문을 통해 관련된 국경 정보를 보여주는 사이트를 운영 중이다. 아래 사이트에서 출발국, 시민권 여부 등을 입력하면 제한 사항 여부 등을 알려준다.
네덜란드
위험국에 포함된 국가에서 출발했거나 거쳐 왔을 경우 10일 동안 자가격리해야 한다. 다만, 위험국가를 거쳐왔어도 자가용으로 그 국가 내에서 멈추지 않고 왔을 경우는 예외로 한다고 한다. (어떻게 확인할지 궁금하다..)
